While building towards that target (the “Growth Phase”), we charge a flat rate of £1,500 per month. You won’t be billed until you start making sales, and with 30-day payment terms, your first payment isn’t due until the end of month two.

What approach do you take to attract and win me clients?We run Google Ads that direct potential clients to a high-converting landing page designed specifically for your service. When someone expresses interest, they’re invited to book a free 30-minute introductory session with you. This is a relaxed, confidential chat where you and the client can get to know each other and see if it’s a good fit. The aim is to book them in for a paid session at the end of that call. On average, about 1 in 2 of these calls result in a new client.

How much is the typical ad spend?Most therapists start with a monthly ad budget of around £500. Once we’ve identified a model that’s generating consistent clients, we often scale this to around £900 per month. When your target is hit, we can reduce the budget to maintain your client flow at a lower cost. Please note, your ad spend is a separate expense that you’ll fund directly.

What if I’m not confident in sales?No problem. We can provide a simple structure for these calls and offer coaching to help you feel more comfortable. Most of our clients quickly become confident and find a way of having these conversations that feels both natural and effective.

What types of therapists do you work with?We work with private therapists working in mental health. This could include psychotherapists, clinical psychologists or psychiatrists. The most important thing is that you have a clear specialism. In our experience generalists find it much harder to charge higher rates. If you don’t currently have a specialism but have something you could focus on, we can help you position this for success.

Do I need to be qualified?Yes. We only work with fully qualified therapists (or those who are about to qualify). We do not support trainees or those still in training.

Are your results guaranteed?No. While we work hard to get great results, advertising always carries some risk. Success also depends on your ability to connect with and convert sales calls into paying clients. We’ll give you the tools and support to help, but we can’t promise outcomes.

What are my responsibilities?You’ll be responsible for: Reviewing and approving content promptly Providing access to your online accounts (we’ll help you set these up if needed) Attending the sales calls and booking the client’s first session Sharing your payment link and client contract with new clients Responding to client enquires

Can I offer online-only sessions?Yes. This model works very well for online-only practices. We also support therapists who offer in-person sessions, either alongside or instead of online.

What kind of results can I expect?While results vary, most therapists see new client inquiries within the first 1–2 weeks of launch. Our goal is to have new practices fully booked within 3 months and existing practices consistently reaching £99+ per session.

Can I pause or stop the service?Yes. There’s no long-term contract. You can pause or stop any time by giving 30 days' written notice, although we recommend committing for at least 3 months to see meaningful results.

Do you do social media marketing?Our focus is on pay-per-click advertising through Google Ads, which is a direct way to drive high-quality client enquiries. However, we do have a solid understanding of social media best practices and can offer complementary advice to support your online presence. We’ll also make sure that everything we do aligns with your wider social media efforts, so it all fits together as part of a clear, joined-up marketing strategy.
